BruTileLayer has been muddled up with some WebMap extension (DotSpatial.Plugins.WebMap)

This is how you load OpenStreetMap in your application:

1. Configure your application so that it supports extensions (Your application needs to have the AppManager component. you can use the source code of DemoMap as an example)

2. Include a copy of DotSpatial.Plugins.WebMap in the [Path to your exe]\Plugins folder.
