Can't build 'dotspatial.positioning' azimuth.cs in visual studio 2010

error line 2593 and 2674

in the sourcecode editor they shows:

//

line 2593   format = "d.dddd?;

//

//
line 2674   if (String.Compare(format, "?, true, culture) == 0)
   return "0?
//

I think may be the sourcecodes encoding utf-8 cause that problem,I could i solve the problem?

my visual studio language is Chinese

replace the "?" with the symbol of degree (or the hex code of it)

In other words, the code should look like this:

  if (format == "g")
    format = "d.dddd°";
.
.
.
 if (String.Compare(format, "°"true, culture) == 0)
        return "0°";
