How do I get code using TortoiseSVN

Nov 7, 2010 at 3:00 PM

I bet this is a silly question.  I'm new to DotSpatial - looks hot.  How do I connect TortoiseSVN to the code repository?

I enter https://hg01.codeplex.com/DotSpatial as the URL
and an error "Repository moved permanently to 'https://hg01.codeplex.com/dotspatial'; please relocate".

So I enter https://hg01.codeplex.com/dotspatial as the URL
and I get a new error "The OPTIONS response did not include the requested activity-collection-set;
this often means that the URL is not WebDAV-enabled"

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.6.11.20210.  What am I missing?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info.  There are numerious posts in the groups that make it sound like SVN is possible so I was hoping to get SVN working if its at all possible.  If not then I will certainly refer to the tutorial you provide which looks straight forward.  Thanks again.

TortoiseHG is similar enough to SVN that you probably won't have much trouble getting it going...
