KnownCoordinateSystems.Projected.NationalGrids.BelgeLambert1972

description

This should be DotSpatial.Projections.ProjectionInfo.FromEpsgCode(31370);

the KnownCoordinateSystems.Projected.NationalGrids.BelgeLambert1972 seems to refer to an older version;
Meanwhile continent drift has done its job..

I don't have git installed on this system.
If anyone needs this : there is al small error in in DotSpatial.Propjections, class nationalgrid.cs (lat_2)

BelgeLambert1972 = ProjectionInfo.FromProj4String("+proj=lcc +lat_1=49.8333339 +lat_2=51.16666733333333 +lat_0=90 +lon_0=4.367486666666666 +x_0=150000.01256 +y_0=5400088.4378 +ellps=intl +units=m +no_defs ");

should become

BelgeLambert1972 = ProjectionInfo.FromProj4String("+proj=lcc +x_0=150000.013 +y_0=5400088.438 +lat_0=90 +lon_0=4.3674866666666663 +lat_1=49.8333339 +lat_2=51.166667233333328 +ellps=intl +no_defs ");
