ExtensionManager dependency on PowerPacks.Vs

description

DotSpatial.Plugins.ExtensionManager has a dependency on Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs assembly.
If a user doesn't have Visual studio installed, then an unhandled exception occurs when trying to open ExtensionManager:
 
could not find file or assembly Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs ...
 
See the attached screenshot. Including a copy of Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs with ExtensionManager didn't solve the error.

That's intriguing. The LineShape (which is used to draw a vertical line on the UI) could be removed, or the PowerPack dll could be added to the package.
