Version Numbers

Hello,
 
We use the DotSpatial Components in an application. The files in the setup came to the global Assembycache. For the setup it is necessary to increse the version number for new versions, otherwise the files will not be replaced.
Is it possible to give in the release version (eg 1.2), this version number as File- and Assembyversion?

Please ask any further questions in http://dotspatial.codeplex.com/discussionsI would recommend that you download the source and overwrite the version number with values that make sense to you (for the time being).Right now we are keeping the versions the same (1.0.0.0) so that plugins will work with new minor versions of DotSpatial. Eventually, we will have another approach to accomplish this which will allow plugins to specify which DotSpatial version they will work under.
