• Want to add your own feature? Develop a plugin, using the template and contribute to the extension feed (you can also write extensions that you distribute in other ways).
• Components are available as NuGet packages http://nuget.org/packages?q=dotspatial
• Extensions in the app store will tend to work only with the latest release (presently).

How to: Use an Assembly from the Web

Be aware that your browser may add an identifier to downloaded files which results in "blocked" dll files. You can follow the following link to learn how to "Unblock" files. You can skip this extra step if you are using the nuget package or the project template.
